The short version
The Ridotto app doesn't collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The only thing that ever reaches us is feedback you choose to send. This website counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
What stays on your phone
Your play-money bankroll, your drill progress, your session history and your settings are stored on your device.
The widget and sharing cards
The home-screen widget shows Today's five from your own progress. The app leaves a small copy of it (the day you last finished, and your current and longest runs) in a shared space on your phone, called an App Group, that only Ridotto and its widget can read. Nothing about it is sent anywhere.
A sharing card is drawn on your phone. It goes only where you send it from the share sheet, and nothing is sent to us.
iCloud sync
iCloud sync is on unless you turn it off in Settings. While it's on, that same data is kept in your own iCloud account so it can follow you to your other devices. It's stored by Apple under your Apple Account. We can't see it.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Game Center, Ridotto reports the achievements you earn to Apple's Game Center so they appear in your profile. That is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. We don't receive it.
Feedback you send
If you tap Send feedback in Settings, or report a coach line at the table, what you write is sent to the developer with what the screen showed. For a coach line that is the game, the hand, the table rules, what the book said and what you did. Every report also carries the app version, the iPhone model and the iOS version. You see all of it before you send.
It is filed in a private GitHub repository that only the developer can read, and it isn't linked to you: there is no name, account or device identifier in it, and the report doesn't store your network address. Like any web host, Vercel, which runs the site, keeps ordinary request logs for a short time. If sending fails, the app offers the same report as an email to support@playridotto.com instead, and that email comes from your own address like any other.
Notifications
The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your phone. It only turns on when you ask for it, and nothing is sent to us.
This website
playridotto.com counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites. It records which page was opened, which button was tapped, where the visit came from (a search engine, say), the country, and the kind of device, and we only see them as totals. The app sends none of this.
Children
Ridotto is rated 18+ because it simulates casino games. It isn't directed at children and collects nothing from anyone beyond the feedback described above.
Changes and contact
Ridotto is made by Kineema Labs LLC. If this ever changes, this page will say so first. Questions: support@playridotto.com.
